GREECE

FREE SHIPPING  in Greece by Elta Courier

48 Hour Delivery – Order before 1pm to receive your items in 2 working days. In some areas your parcel may arrive within 3 – 4 working days after you place your order (working days excludes: Weekends, Public Holidays and Bank Holidays).

Attica Next Day Delivery -. Order before 1pm Monday – Thursday for next day delivery. Orders made after 1pm will be delivered the second working day (working days excludes: Weekends, Public Holidays and Bank Holidays).

EUROPE

FREE SHIPPING in European Union by Elta Courier

Standard Delivery -. Deliveries can take 3 – 6 working days after you place your order (working days excludes: Weekends, Public Holidays and Bank Holidays).

 

  • Upon confirmation of payment your order will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. You will receive an email stating that your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery time is to be used as a guideline and we are not responsible for factors beyond our control. Please note that your location also plays a role in the delivery date.
  • All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
  • As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all orders are shipped out of Athens, Greece, with an OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.
  • Prices and invoices include VAT (Value Added Tax).Payments are in Euro.
  • Order tracking for orders dispatched in European Countries.
  • Orders are shipped from our headquarters in Athens, Greece, Monday  – Friday from 10am – 5pm (CET). Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday and Monday until 9am, will be processed on Tuesday morning.

 

RETURNS

You can return any unwanted items back to us within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original and unused condition. Please note we cannot refund any grooming products, pierced jewellery or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) for health and hygiene reasons. Shoes must be tried on indoors.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

 

Should you change your mind, you can return your items to us, provided:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Grooming products, pierced jewellery or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs on wear.
  • Items must have all original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned at the customer’s expense.
  • You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to Lucia Boutique. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
  • Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via DHL (Europe), ACS (Cyprus) and ELTA (Greece).
  • We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns Policy.
  • The cost of the returns must be paid by the customer.

 

Important note:

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on www.lucia-boutique.com . However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
